Shammi’s Yogalaya – Offline to Online Transition

The world was majorly impacted due to the outbreak of Covid19.

It had been over 100 days and we were still under partial lockdown. Businesses and companies underwent a major setback.

However, this is when, the gift of social media did its wonders. Social media showed us the signs of optimism and opened a new door of opportunities, to not only individuals but also e-commerce, health and wellness, and much more. It influenced and directed more and more people towards the digital platforms.

Not only millennials, people of all age groups became techno-savvy and were newly introduced to the power of digital.

 

During the 21 days of lockdown announced by PM Modi in India, all Yoga centres and gyms were shut down and it became necessary to be fit, staying indoors. BHeard strategized and introduced a transformation program with Yoga called “Quarantine Transformation Program in 21 days”. Thousands of people from across the globe, actively participated in this course. With immense affirmative response from the audience, the QTP Campaign not only brought new people to the account but also turned the audience to long-time customers; for Shammi’s Yogalaya. YouTube channel grew from 3k subscribers to 8k subscribers during the period.

 

We also conducted several other brief courses like ‘Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga During Covid19’, ‘Teachers Training Program’ and many more. Live workshops and webinars highlighting the mandatory tips and techniques to avoid infections, gauged people’s attention to Shammi’s Yogalaya.

 

The ideation & execution of the online campaigns by BHeard, made all the customers aware and alert about the #NewWayOfLife . Gradually, people gained trust and today, hundreds of students are delighted that they didn’t have to give up on their physical fitness and mental well-being during the lockdown. They still can get assistance and guidance from the best master, online.

 

The oomph for the International Yoga Day 2020 remained unshaken even amidst social distancing barriers. People participated in numbers from all around the world for the biggest Suryathon of 216 Suryanamaskar in an hour! From tiny tots to senior citizens, all were a part of the big celebration.

 

Not only the regular classes but also learning intermediate and advanced yogasanas were brought into practice.

With Shammi’s expertise and BHeard’s passion, it was possible to calibrate the offline customers to the online training programs. It encouraged people to actively be a part of the online Yoga family and practice Yoga at the comfort of their homes.

 

We shall continue exploring and bringing in light the online paradigm, regardless.
